Improve debian packages and also for others distros

I noted the new debian packages.. in OBS including gpplayer .. i wish to collaborate to improve those packages at least for ALPINE and DEBIAN .. i will copy all of those in a venenux repo and provide newer ones..

there obviosly will be some suggestion i will send to respective projects.. cos seems those are very great alternatives.. some others can join later

          There are some Debian packages in [OBS](https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:metan) however packaging gpplayer for Debian is still on my TODO.
