Problem description & steps to reproduce
The window for editing the system message in the main chat UI is too small which makes it difficult to edit. A similiar issue was reported in #19940 and was subsequently fixed but this issue is still present when editing the system message in the latest build.
The system message is displayed properly:
When trying to edit only around 2 lines are visible:
