Hi,
I'm using a dynamic loading units located into Dyn-Loading.zip.
Units would be included into project without loading them at runtime.
So, declarations should be changed to:

pCvDefaultMat    : PCvMat_t=nil;
pCvDefaultSize   : PCvSize_t=nil;
pCvDefaultPoint  : PCvPoint_t=nil;
pCvDefaultScalar : PCvScalar_t=nil;
pCvPoint_1_1     : PCvPoint_t=nil;   // Point(-1,-1)
StringEmpty      : CvString_t=(pstr:nil;nrchar:0);
pCvStringEmpty   : PCvString_t=nil;

and the finalization section should be changed to:

  if Assigned(pCvDefaultMat)    then pCvMatDelete(pCvDefaultMat);
  if Assigned(pCvDefaultSize)   then pCvSizeDelete(pCvDefaultSize);
