Decorrelate the selected language to the language used for searching the README information

Description

This correlation does not make sense and is problematic.
To solve this problem, we will search for the information in all languages supported.

I18n does not let us load all language files and get the translated key.
It might be better to have a second list somewhere of all values, or to try to find a way around it.

Worst case we have to load all files to just get 2 values from them (kinda sad). This loading should be handled in initialization of service to prevent data from being fetched multiple times
