Hi @merulas -- I'm unable to reproduce this in GPT 5.2 Codex. I'm wondering if the 500 errors you were experiencing were due to a transient availability issue? Could you try again? Also, what reasoning level were you using with the model when experiencing this? Update: we're currently investigating availability issues with GPT 5.x Codex models!

We just deployed a fix and error rates are back to normal levels. Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks again for reporting this!
