Black text on dark blue background due to osc 11

Describe the bug

I've just installed copilot cli, and I'm seeing this:

The reason is using a custom background color (set via osc 11) and the default foreground color.

The default foreground is paired with the default background, if you change the default background, you must change the default foreground too.

btw, copilot --no-color is even worse:
