[Errno 13] Permission denied when creating a session on MacOS installed through UV.

It's easy to fix with chmod +x, but it would be nice if this could be done automatically.

Interestingly, if I build the wheels on my box, the ZipInfo attributes are correct. If I use the wheel from pypi, the ZipInfo attributes are not.
