A list of documentation items I have not tackled in the first cut of an Offload user guide. These should be reviewed to see if any should be brought back into the doc:
- OFFLOAD_TYPE, this section is tied up in hybrid view terminology but some of the functionality probably still exists and likely affects whether we can/can't append data to a table.
- Removed references to Spark Livy. I think it is highly unlikely it will ever be used.
- I excluded the section titled "Data Storage Options" because at the moment we only support BigQuery and therefore there is nothing to change in this regard.
