Subscribe functionality

Currently I'm having a hard time finding good websocket/socket.io support from python. This is something I'd have loved to launch with but it will have to be deferred for now.

To elaborate, I'd like to avoid connecting to RabbitMQ directly and hoped to be able to connect through a reverse websocket proxy.
