Segments control - expose Items, ItemIndex and display properties as Published so they can be set at design time

It would be a lot easier if the primary properties for the control were published so they can be set at design time.
As a minimum:

• ItemIndex
• Segments

Ideally also properties to control the colour and display of the control for customisation:

• ButtonColor
• BackgroundColor
• ButtonCornerRadius
• ButtonMargin (the gap between the background and the button edges)
