There is a [+ New Article] button in the header. This is problematic because:
- It is redundant as there is another duplicate button on the page in the articles section
- It displaces the address and profile image of the logged in user, creating an inconsistent UX.

Remove [+ New Article] button from header on the publication view.

An alternate could be to switch the location of the user details, although this only addresses point (2) from above.
