No descriptions for KO terms

Hi,

I noticed that some KO hits against KEGG with uproc-prot are not in the current KEGG database. For example look at http://www.genome.jp/dbget-bin/www_bget?ko:K16239. The current KEGG database is Release 77.0+/01-04, Jan 16 (http://rest.kegg.jp/info/orthology) while the version of KEGG shipped with uproc is from March 2014.
Here are some more KO ids without a hit in the current KEGG database:

 'K01828',

 'K01932',

 'K03423',

It is possible to provide a list with KO descriptions like here: http://rest.kegg.jp/list/orthology/ that works with the uproc release? Or otherwise update the uproc database?
