I created a patch for my customization but as I am new to css I would like someone experienced to review it please.

The purpose is (1) to make min/max/close icons same all the time not changing when you hover or click them and not grayed out normally (2) to provide a color for the title bar of the focused window that stands out so you can see it immediately. I did both these things but am not sure if my solution is "stable".
