STAR multimapped bam

make STAR into a subworkflow - allow multimapping then run samtools so that both a single mapped and multimapped bam are outputted.

Which processes would this cover? I did notice that there are two very similar branches (not in the git sense, in the graph) of the pipeline which do essentially the same thing (TOME vs non-TOME) - do you mean making those six or so processes a subworkflow?
