Fails to add a pass with result code 3

Describe the bug
When trying to add the pass to Google Wallet it shows generic error "Something went wrong"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. follow the codelab
2. click on add to wallet button
3. Google Wallet shows an error

Expected behavior
it should show the pass
