Add support for additional Memory Bank services: DatabaseMemoryService/RedisMemoryService

Hi.
Currently only InMemoryMemoryService and VertexAiMemoryBankService are available.

Would be great to have a "DatabaseMemoryService" or "RedisMemoryService" for local / non cloud scaling.

Hello, are there any updates on this topic?

I'm surprised this issue hasn't gained more visibility. Given the ADK's premise of supporting any cloud and any model (not just GCP and Gemini), this flexibility should also extend to memory. We already have the DatabaseSessionService, so it seems logical to have a DatabaseMemoryService that supports a self-managed database. I believe this is a critical feature for the community.

For example, to summarize a session and add it to long-term memory without a hard dependency on Vertex. As it stands, I would have to implement this manually.

What is the community's current approach for using memory outside of Vertex? How would you suggest I proceed with this?

Would also like to see a way to do this in ADK without needing to install community libraries, at the least some kind of base class we can extend for our own implementations
