Rename "Unlisted" surveys to "Anyone with the link"

Calling survey access "Restricted" and "Unlisted" has just been creating confusion during user trainings. The term "Unlisted" makes sense from the developer's POV, but for users it is just weird and I have found it impractical and sometimes near to impossible to explain, resorting to "just use Unlisted if you want to share it by QR code".

Let us please change to something more user-friendly. I would simply suggest "Restricted" and "Unrestricted".

Please also let us move up the "Copy link" and "Copy QR code" buttons into the same pane and let them only show up, when "Unrestricted" is selected.

Suggestion to use google docs sharing terminology as inspiration - @vittorino and @gino-m to propose
i.e. Rename 'Unlisted' to 'Anyone with the link', and 'Only people with access can open the link' (could hide the buttons 'Copy link' and 'Copy QR code')

I would suggest renaming "Unlisted" to "Anyone with the link".

We may not want to move those button or change when they can be used, since sometimes users want to share the link or QR Code with "People with access" on Restricted surveys.

I would also remove the filter chips from the survey list page, and they don't serve much purpose atm, and once renamed will be even more confusing (@vittorino fyi)

I've never seen that happen yet. People always have the survey directly in their list if they have been added to a Restricted Survey. Contrarily, having the buttons pop up when choosing "Unlisted" (or "Anyone with the link") may add extra clarity (as in "Oh, I just changed to "Anyone with the link", now I can share by link and QR code...so that's what it means!" 💡).
I would suggest we bring it back if the request ever comes up, but for the moment let's rather decrease confusion.
