[Feature] Deferred deep link for survey QR code

Joining a survey by QR code or link works very well by now. However, if the Ground application is not installed on the smartphone yet, the user is redirected to PlayStore to install it (#2255), then has to scan the same code again to join the survey.

Instead, a great solution would be a deferred deep link which opens the correct survey right after having installed the Ground Android app from PlayStore, making it a one-stop link / QR code.

It could be quite high impact, but it's not critical for overall usability. Doesn't warrant P0, but let's up to P1!
