Broken on Windows 7 multi monitor setups

Need to test setups with the secondary monitor to the left of the main monitor.

Until this is fixed Windows users can work around the issue by temporarily disabling the second monitor.

As a quick fix, instead of disabling, just set the monitors to duplicate instead of extend.
