Migrate from cfc-icon to cm-icon in pipeline UI.

This change updates the data preview component to use `cm-icon` instead of `cfc-icon` for displaying resource icons. It also updates the resource explorer icon configurations to include `cmIcon` values for relevant resource types, and adds `cmIcon` to the internal `IconConfig` type.
