Feature Request: Add Decoder Selection Options

Description:
Please add an option to manually select the video decoder, similar to MX Player.

Requested Features:

1. Select Decoder popup with 3 options: HW decoder, HW+ decoder, SW decoder
2. Quick toggle button for decoder in the player UI, like in the screenshot

Why this is needed:
Some files don't play smoothly or have compatibility issues with the default decoder. Having manual HW / HW+ / SW decoder selection helps fix playback problems and improves compatibility for different devices and codecs.

Okey. Let me see what I can do. For now it automatically selects decoder that beest plays the media file
