Scope
- Audit dialogs/menus (Radix gives a baseline) for focus traps, labels, and roles.
- Ensure all icon-only buttons have accessible names; verify color-contrast in both themes.
- Keyboard operability for drag interactions (board/calendar/gantt) or accessible alternatives.
Acceptance
- Passes an automated a11y scan (e.g. axe) with no critical violations; core flows are keyboard-operable.
