Add ability to assign column ordinals for column order for csv

When I perform an export it creates a csv that contains the columns in the wrong order. I need the data columns in a specific order.

@catequil Columns are rendered in "field"-order. If that is not the case for you or you need more/other control over the output, please reopen and elaborate on your issue.
