Use virtualization and worker threads for supergraph and subgraph rendering on schema history

Follow up task for https://github.com/graphql-hive/console/pull/8031.

The current usage of https://diffs.com/ can be suboptimal for large schemas and will result in short freezes. We should investigate into using proper virtualisation in order to make sure this does not happen.
