RHEL Dependency: mattermostdriver

There seems to be a dependency issue on package python3-mattermostdriver in the Grommunio RHEL9 (community) repo.
It requires "python3.9dist(websockets)", but this doesn't match the python3-websockets package from Red Hat which provides "python3.9-websockets". It looks like Red Hat changed the name format with version 14.
It can be be manually worked around using rpmrebuild, but the spec file needs an update to fix it properly.
