SIWViewer4.exe detected 38 / 65 AV engines as Bad.

SIWViewer.zip has two files SIWViewer2.exe and SIWViewer4.exe, no problem with #2 but with #4 have 38 out of 65 AV engines not liking the file. I don't see any detail difference about the two...
