Release football sport blog in BETA apps

Change MAPI in DcrSupportUtils to add DCAR support for match report and sport blog in BETA

Release checklist:

• Release the App version for the match info page in DCAR (pull request)

• Release the App version for the match info page in frontend (pull request)

• Release the change to update match info link (tab) to use the match id (pull request)

• Release the DCAR changes for notifications (covering both match info & blog pages)

• Test all the pages in the Android & iOS simulators
  Check everything including dark mode, notification, etc.

• Temporarily disable DCAR support for the Match Info page in BETA
  Currently, MAPI includes renderedItemBeta in the Match Info page response (e.g. https://mobile.guardianapis.com/sport/football/matches/4537135)
  This should be temporarily set to NONE until the final step, where MAPI is updated to support all three pages (Match Info, Match Report, and Football Blog) in a single PR. Enabling DCAR support for the Match Info page in isolation could cause issues, so all three must be rolled out together. This also allows the app changes are released first and they're ready for MAPI release.
