`sdkmgr` seems to have been removed from the new official releases? Is there any alternative?

It seems that sdkmgr is no longer included in the command-line-tools now (at least no later than HarmonyOS 5.0.0(12)), and the SDK is embedded into the command-line-tools instead.

Is there any alternative way to obtain the HarmonyOS SDK programmatically?
