Why should it be added to Haveno? How would it benefit the project and the community?

As Solana is one of the most used networks, adding USDC from Solana network, could help to gain more users, make the DEX more usable with more networks which the user can use, raise the volume of XMR traded on the DEX.

I hope this will be implemented soon, Solana blockchain is dealing with a millions of transactions daily and it has blazing speed and good amount of minted USDC there and the fees are very low.

i recently joined Retoswap and i was hoping to make deal selling xmr but the lack of USDC on Solana make me to stop doing it.
