[Feature] List up-to-date indicators for all stacks #5

Proposal
Providing the docker_dir, or also specifically the stack_name, the script should be able to list up-to-date indicators for each container. Alongside the containers image name and it's current tag. When this feature is called, the script won't proceed with backups/updates. This should execute after the script checks for the version.
Motivation and context
This would work similar to Portainers container list, but containers would be more distinctly grouped by their stack. And the tags used being much more clearly formatted.
