[Feature] Dry run/interactive backup mode

Proposal

Similar to rclone, the user should be able to use backupdate in a dry run/interactive mode.

Motivation and context

This would help to ensure the user doesn't accidently let backupdate create backups of huge volumes (i.e. a Plex container).
