feat: Allow alternative DNS providers #50

Proposal
Allow users to configure alternative DNS providers, other than Cloudflare.
Motivation
Users are of course not always going to be using Cloudflare.
Context
From the Traefik PR:
By default, we assume Cloudflare as the DNS provider, as it's by far the most widely used. For now, the user has to manually edit the stack if they want to change this.
The following two compose stacks are currently effected by this issue:
- GoDNS (provider)
- Traefik (certificate resolver)
I welcome users input on what needs to change for these stacks to support multiple DNS providers.
