feat: Integrate with backupdate

Proposal

The playbook should be able to use the backupdate tool to backup and restore stacks.

Motivation

Backupdate is a separate tool from the project and will remain that way. But the karo-stack still needs to be able to make use of it, providing backup and restore functionality.
