I am sorry for the lack of documentation. But I am pleased you are willing to try the tool.
I will update the documentation based on what you need during our discussions.

First, how did you try to compile the tool. I can not reproduce the error you're highlighting.

I did:

git clone --recursive git@github.com:hbrunie/PyFloT.git
cd PyFlot
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make -j 4
