Persistence enhancements

A list of possible enhancements to the persistence system in heads:

• An interface to select per-app specific configurations to make persistence
• Overlayfs to make certain parts of configurations persistent, while keeping others vanilla
• Different options of unlocking (See tomb git master with gnupg)
