Gamepad Mode does not work with the Dockerized cointainer of Robot side ROS2 bridge server

The Gamepad mode feature in Stretch ROS2 driver does not seem to work with Dockerized version of the Stretch ROS2 driver that is invoked from the script run_stretch_ai_ros2_bridge_server.sh.

The issue likely seems to be the gamepad USB dongle is unable to interact with the dockerized linux kernel.
