Allow taking backup of selective keyspaces

scyllabackup take command doesnt allow taking backup of selected keyspace, and runs for all the active keyspaces.

Functionality to choose a keyspace should be given for scyllabackup take

@sauvermazeotap for the behaviour you require, some minimal code changes are required. The code interface for taking snapshot already supports taking snapshot of specific keyspace. Only cli wrapper around it doesn't support it.

Testing that on the other hand before I publish it on PyPI will require much more time. I am not sure when I will be able to work on it, as this is not of high priority for me right now. Any patches are, however, welcome.
