User mode kernel architecture #213

Description

@fish4terrisa-MSDSM

Not to be confused with userland or user space, I'm refering to a new(not really) architecture like User Mode Linux from ofc, linux.
In Linux's implemention they use ptrace, and recently another seccomp port is also added to the upstream kernel.
It'll be great if this is added to moss so we can run moss in linux or even run moss inside moss itself(maybe after implelmented full ptrace support, or add seccomp support, or maybe moss could implement syscall user dispatch)
This could also be used as a way to test the kernel without having to use another hardware or kvm.
