[Feature request] Set vibration strenght percent-based GPD Winmax2 8840u

Hello!
Some steam games have very strong rumble even when hhd vibration set to Medium. Can we have vibration level in percents (with 5% step, for example)? Steam controller support doesn't have such slider, only on-off toggle...

Specify the device and update the title. Unless you have a GPD Win Mini 2025, vibration should be under the Wincontrols tab.

Yes, there is vibration slider there, but it has only 3 positions: 0ff - Medium - High.
Problem is - Medium vibration setting is too strong.
That could be not too important if Steam App has more precise slider... But there is no slider there, just on-off toggle.
