Generate Every Door plugin

Similar to the generated JOSM presets, a plugin for the mobile Every Door editor would be useful. Ideally the plugin would contain the (signal) presets and icons.

Potentially a plugin would have to be generated for each country, to keep the performance and file sizes reasonable.

I experimented with an automatic conversion from JOSM presets to Every Door here, maybe that is useful as a reference.

Thank you for the issue. Good idea.

The current preset for JOSM is 2.8 MB which is a zip including all presets and icons. So not a huge size if it only has to be downloaded once.
