Disable Jetpacks in the Twilight Forest

I asked on the CurseForge page about a month ago with no response so might get it answered here. Sorry if this is the wrong spot or if you are no longer working on this mod.
Can this be used on armor, I want to disable jetpacks in the Twilight Forest but it does not seem to stop them from being worn when I tested. It says the items are disabled in chat but does not do anything else. Am I doing something wrong or does it just not work with armor.

I have this in the config.

simplyjetpacks:jetpacksEIO:,7

I am using DimensionGuard-1.7.10-1.2.2. I think the forge version I tried with was Forge 1291 and I just tried it with Forge 1374.
If you want I can get a log or anything else.

I will look into this - Sorry about leaving you hanging with the question - there is no easy way to get notified when someone comments on your mods there which is why I have this issue tracker

That is fine, it is not really that important so I am fine with waiting. I was not sure if there was a notification for comments so I was not sure if I was going to get a response. Thank you for looking at this now. I am planning on using it in a few weeks to disable them so take your time if there is a problem you can fix.
