Import vitasdk / psp2sdk headers and db. The functions need to be tested and sometimes slightly altered (the modules are almost always different and need to be matched to the ps4 equivalent). This invokes a bit of manual labor (or a fuzzy resolver).
The content of the headers is actually quite limited, but db.json (and the ASM modules) hold more symbols which could be added as va_arg stubs.
Without going into to much detail, I suspect the license itself can be ignored (Credit should be included) esp. for the plain symbols. Which is also the reason why ps4lib-sce-includes is not licensed.
