docs(wiki): add FAQ, Cookbook, Glossary, Release Process + sidebar/footer Completes the wiki bootstrap from docs/wiki/ templates. Home and Architecture-Overview were added previously. This commit adds: - FAQ.md (25+ questions across Install/Usage/AI/Dev/Architecture/Project) - Cookbook-Common-Recipes.md (7 step-by-step debugging recipes) - Glossary.md (40+ domain terms) - Release-Process.md (maintainer cut-a-release checklist) - _Sidebar.md (10-item nav) - _Footer.md (one-line footer with cross-links)
