Seems to always report LAA is on even when I remove it.

As in title.

Ok so I turn LAA off, then run the tool it reports its on, then the tool I used to disable LAA says it on again after laac is ran on the exe, it reports it on, but seems to actually turn LAA on.
The original tool says LAA is back on, and I verified when I run laac, the timestamp on the binary is updated meaning it is writing to the file.
