Create a Drupal Nominatim Module

• evaluate this potential module to use (https://www.drupal.org/project/geolocation_nominatim)
• module will receive a search term from a user form and send an API request to Nominatum
• module will receive back a polygon and send it back to user form

On October 13th code sprint we were able to install and run the geolocation_nominatim Drupal 8 module (see guide: https://github.com/hopeonesource/geospatial_posts/blob/master/install_geolocation_nominatim_module.md). We found out that it is returning points not polygons. Therefore we need to try to see if we can customize it to return polygons.
