Automate release process

The process I follow is simple but manual:

• Take latest released zip file
• Unzip it somewhere
• Replace the abandon jar file with the latest version
• Zip up the whole thing again

We can use something like Travis and sbt-release for this task. What do you think?

sbt-release looks too complex for this project's needs. We just need a simple script. But if you are willing to invest time in sbt-release, sure, I would be happy to accept a PR 😄

Building automatically in Travis would be nice!
