关于设置中启用“智能符号模式”后未生效的反馈

问题描述

当启用“设置-输入-智能符号模式”后，该功能并未生效（当我连续键入"。"时仍然不会自动转换为对应的英文符号"."）。
当前使用系统为win10 19045.2728，输入法为便携版，使用输入方案为小鹤音形，重启服务或重载配置后无变化。
目前已测试在win10虚拟机（22H2 19045.5737）中全新安装输入法并在设置中仅修改为启用“智能符号模式”后，仍未生效（此时输入方案为五笔拼音混输）。

复现步骤

目前测试在设置中启用“智能符号模式”后，任何场景下都不能启用该功能

期望行为

当我快速连续两次输出同一个中文符号后，会自动输出它对应的英文符号。

实际行为

实际未能启用“智能符号模式”功能。
