Cache does not seem to work

Hi there, thank you for the great plugin/utility, i've been looking for this for the last few hours!
I've tried it but it seems to ignore the "cache" option, it still loads the scripts the second time even when I set cache to true,
Is this possible at all or am i doing it wrong?
