Fix cases where editing inline link fails (and make view / remove possible?)

Currently it seems user couldn't view, edit, and remove an "inline link" that has been set. To edit the link user can only set to a new link entirely. And to remove the link from the text user need to delete the entire text and retype the text.

This ticket requests:

• "inline link" view (e.g. hover text)
• edit (e.g. fix typo)
• remove (e.g. remove link but keep text)

Thanks for reporting! Testing more, looks like editing the link works with the cursor inside the linked text, but not when you select the actual words and hit the link button; @jaredpereira we should at least fix that.

Then the other parts of this (more enhancements) would be:

• on hover, show the link url
• some way to not just edit but remove an existing inline link
