When a task is created as a result of a routing rule, the event should be the first event

The event should show up the way it does in the other times, and it should go before the created lifecycle event.

Opened #1008 to fix this.

The create path was recording the trigger only as a link event emitted after the Created lifecycle event (Created -> Link -> Instruction), so the Events lane was empty and the trigger sat below the lifecycle event it caused.

The fix emits the trigger as an ExternalPayload event first — the same shape the attach (wake) path uses — so the timeline now reads External -> Created -> Link -> Instruction, matching how the event shows up the other times. (task 896)
